Who we’re seeking:

We are seeking a talented and experienced software/applications developer (SD) to assist in all aspects of product development, deployment, and life cycle management. The SD will coordinate with leadership, internal and third party development and infrastructure teams, partners, and vendors to build and maintain software applications. In addition, the SD will assist in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (design, development, testing, and deployment), and the creation and enhancement of processes and methodologies used to facilitate the SDLC.

 

The responsibilities of the SD include but are not limited to:

  1. Develop desktop and mobile applications based on functional specifications
  2. Software conceptualization, technical specification, object design
  3. Design and implement technical architectures and infrastructure for the Levrx product suites
  4. Select dependencies, define standards and tooling for the development team
  5. Work with  leadership and development teams (both internal and external) to define releases, sprints, and to manage timelines, resource allocation, and roadmaps
  6. Assist in managing internal and 3rd party (vendor) development and infrastructure teams
  7. Release management, planning, and enhancing all aspects of the SDLC
  8. Assist, teach, and mentor team members to improve their skills and broaden their capabilities
  9. Related duties, as required

 

List of essential capabilities:

  1. Ability to solve complex logical and technical problems
  2. Self-motivated, reliable team-player with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding, complex work environment
  3. Able to work collaboratively with leadership to define and configure DevOps environments and methodologies
  4. Experience with full stack development, familiarity with Levrx stack (MySQL, Hibernate, Spring, Maven, React, Typescript)
  5. Familiarity with, and interest in mastering cloud infrastructure operations and tools (AWS Code Pipeline, CloudFormation, Lambda, SQS, ECS, EBS, Cognito, etc.)
  6. Interest in developing superior supervisory/management skills, including team building and mentoring

 

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in computer science, or related fields of study
  2. 5+ years of relevant experience
  3. Supervisory / team leadership experience preferred
  4. Knowledge of several programming languages; management, communication, decision-making and critical-thinking skills
  5. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality at all times
  6. Exposure to healthcare business cases and applications a plus
