The Technical Service Specialist is a key member of the team in managing data, and provide support to IIN

Project Managers during all stages of our implementation projects, supporting clients on maintenance, and support contracts.

Contact and develop relationship with suppliers to collect client specified documents to meet regulatory and business requirements

Ability to mine data and metadata from documents and other data sources

The Technical Services Specialist should possess a thorough understanding of our product and services from both a functional and technical perspective.

He or she provides input to the project deliverables per specifications and project schedule, escalates issues to project manager and works within a given time frame to complete implementation deliverables.

Maintain filing/organizational system for supplier and client related documentation

Complete assigned projects as determined by supervisor

Performs other duties as assigned or as identified in performance objectives

● Ability to write clear and efficient documentation
● Ability to work in a collaborative work environment
● Advanced skills in Microsoft Office™ products, specifically Excel, Excel VBA and formulas
● Work in a fast-paced environment with dedicated focus on meeting the customer's needs
● Experience with SQL Server and other relational databases preferred
● Familiarity with Windows Server and enterprise software implementation preferred
