Looking for an SRE or DevOps Engineer — here's the ideal candidate's experience: 

SRE (Slightly less on operating and more on engineering side) 

• • Python, Go, React
  • Not tremendously focused on monitoring and uptime 
  • Needs good analytic skills - able to look at a problem and find a reason why something happened and come up with a solution   
  • Mainly a development background with some operations focus
  • Overall, less of a system admin & networking — more of a development and engineering background is ideal.
