We are seeking an experienced Director of Software Engineering to lead out team and solve complex problems and implement new features into our enterprise software suite.
This full-time position will be open to remote employees. To perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Education/Experience •
We seek a technical professional to lead and manage the day-to-day operations of a growing team of 8 highly skilled software engineers consisting of front-end, back-end and QA professionals. You’ll spend your time between managing and empowering the software team to do their best work, setting technical strategy and being an individual contributor. You will collaborate with other teams including product, data and hardware to understand their software development requirements and handle all tactical and strategic decisions to advance the company’s technical roadmap. You’ll be scaling our technology as well.

- B.S. in Computer Science, Mathematics or Software Engineering and a minimum of 5 years extensive in .Net development and multi-threading experience required.
- M.S preferred.
