As a Software Engineer you will create software products at the intersection of healthtech and fintech. Working with a small team of about 3 engineers within our 10-person engineering group, you will manifest our team's shared vision of bringing a modern and humane approach to getting people the resources they need to overcome barriers to better health. Since we are a seed-stage company, almost every project involves creating new code to solve immediate business problems. In practice: this means...

• Working in a modern and agile stack including Golang, GCP, PostgreSQL, Docker
• Learning from those around you, and taking opportunities to become the Soda expert in whatever you work on
• Creating tight, performant, accurate integrations with point-of-sale systems and payment networks
• Creating superb online experiences for underserved populations

You have:

• Appropriate experience and interest in delivering internet-facing, backend-oriented production software at scale
• Hustle, grit, determination, scrappiness
• Love for automation to get to the next level of scale
• The maturity and self-confidence to make decisions transparently and quickly based on the information you have
• Experience thriving in a US-based but remote-oriented culture; the ability to work roughly 9-5 Central time
