Job Description - 

As our first engineer, you will be responsible for setting our course, tech stack, and platform architecture. You’d get to pick the tools, release schedule, cloud platform, languages, etc. This role is a good fit for an entrepreneurial leader who is excited to build a new product and engineering team from the ground up. Unlike a typical founder, this role offers the best of both worlds: you’re joining a startup with significant traction and credibility, but with all the fun challenges and learning that come with a greenfield project.

Define the product and engineering roadmap
Lead and deliver our product development efforts end-to-end (front to back-end development and infrastructure)
Build and manage an engineering team: establish the culture and processes for high performance, help us recruit extraordinary talent, and motivate and lead the team to accomplish the impossible

What Technologies? 4+ years in a Senior Engineer or Technology Lead role
Hands on experience launching consumer-facing products in a start-up environment
Hands on experience with complex project management
Exceptional team management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
