VANTA Partners' Client is looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Product Manager.  This role will report directly to the CFO and CTO.  The ideal candidate will have experience in the following:

• JIRA / atlassian suite
• software experience
• start up experience
• financial services / fintech firm

The BA's responsibility would be to be an extension of the business and dev team. work with the clients to understand requirements, translate into JIRA tickets, work and manage the software team offshore. run the sprints. they have a testing team in ecuador, call center team in ecuador as well (they ideally need to speak spanish).


the call center and the qa team sit side by side, and if an issue comes through they can work together. BA will manage the 2 qa

This role will be a hybrid role in the NYC metro area.
