VANTA Partners' client is a fundamental reimagination of how developers, devops, and security teams own, manage, and secure multi cloud resources.  As a founding member of our team, you’ll build, own, and shape products that will help reduce pain that all cloud-first companies have. You will solve some of the most challenging problems in the cloud security space. 

 

The ideal candidate should be entrepreneurial in nature with a growth mindset, and passionate about building fast, scalable, reliable software in the cloud. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software. We are looking for a seasoned software engineer to help build the next generation of multi cloud resource management platform. You’ll be working closely with experts from leading companies. This will be a career-defining adventure!  

 

Qualifications

• 2+ Years of Experience.

• Proficiency with Python or other related languages.

• Strong experience with web application frameworks and API development.

• Experience writing high-quality performant code that's easy to read and understand.

• Experience working with cloud-based computing and modern cloud message-based architectures.

• Experience with test-driven development, building test plans, unit tests, and automated testing frameworks.

• Versed in infrastructure as code practices using technologies like Terraform.

• Deep understanding of scalable, distributed systems, service-oriented architectures. 

• Willingness to learn and iterate on technologies and design approaches.

 

Responsibilities

• Design and develop a highly reliable, testable and scalable platform.

• Design and develop new product features.

• Provide continuous feedback, identify process improvement and openly communicate it to enhance team capabilities

• Lead the team through reasoned decisions about design and implementation trade-offs.

• Being vigilant about security and adhere to best practices to secure our platform.
