VANTA Partners' client is a fundamental reimagination of how developers, devops, and security teams own, manage, and secure multi cloud resources.  As a founding member of our team, you’ll build, own, and shape products that will help reduce pain that all cloud-first companies have. You will solve some of the most challenging problems in the cloud security space.

In this role, you will be collaborating with other UX members in the team to translate high fidelity designs and wireframes to frontend UI implementation. You’ll be working closely with experts from leading companies to deliver innovative interfaces and rich user experiences. As an early front-end engineer, you will have the autonomy to make an impact on day one. This will be a career-defining adventure!  

 

Qualifications

• 3+ Years of Experience.

• Strong understanding of fundamental UI design principles.

• Strong knowledge of user interface design and the ability to own all aspects of the product's UI development.

• An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience creating great user-centered design solutions and UI design expertise.

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g React, React Native, Angular, NodeJS, Next.JS).

• Experience with writing high-quality code that's easy to read and understand.

• Willingness to learn and pivot quickly on technologies and design approaches.

• Experience with Figma or other wireframing tools.

 

Responsibilities

• Understand customers and business requirements and translate static designs (both high fidelity and wireframes) into end-to-end, interactive prototypes.

• Build user interface design and development best practices and standards.

• Partner with our software development team to support product launches.

• Use modem stacks to build UI components. 

• Build a strategy to test for UI correctness and uphold UI engineering best practices. 

• Provide continuous feedback, identify process improvement  and openly communicate it to enhance team capabilities

• Adhere to security best practices to secure our cloud infrastructure.

• Lead the team through reasoned decisions about design and implementation trade-offs.
